Project Incharge

I am based out of Salem, specifically in the Ammapet area on Military Road. The address is D.No: 73-1/44A in Krishnap Udur. It is a part of town that has a lot of history and activity. As the project incharge here, I spend my days managing the local operations and making sure the schedules are met. We have a small office that serves our needs just fine. It’s located in the 636003 pin code area. Salem is a place where people value hard work, and we try to reflect that in how we handle our projects. There is a lot of coordination involved with the different teams out in the field. I usually start the day checking on progress and then spend the rest of the time dealing with whatever issues pop up. It is a lot of problem-solving and checking figures. The office is straightforward—no decorations or anything like that. Just computers, desks, and a lot of paper. Military Road can get quite busy, but once you are inside, it’s a quiet place to focus. We’ve been at this location for a while and the locals know us. It’s a decent place to work. We don't make a big fuss about what we do; we just focus on the project steps and getting to the finish line on time. Even when things get stressful with deadlines, we just keep working through the list of tasks one by one. It is a practical job for practical people who live and work here.
