Priya Vadivelu

I’m based out of Kuttapatti, which is a small village area in the Salem district of Tamil Nadu. To get here, you usually go through Mecheri and then head towards Mettur. It’s a very local spot, far away from the big city offices. My workspace is essentially part of the family home. My father is P. Vadivelu, and everyone around here knows the family. It’s a quiet place, surrounded by a lot of greenery. The air is fresh, which is a nice change from the crowded towns. I have a small room set aside for my work. It’s got a simple table and chair, and I keep my files organized in a cabinet in the corner. Working from a place like Kuttapatti means things move at a different pace. I don't have a corporate office with a glass front. It’s just a regular house in a rural area. I spend my days handling various tasks and keeping up with the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. I like the fact that I can work from my own village. It feels more grounded than being in a skyscraper. People in the village often stop by to chat. There’s no formal reception or appointment system. It’s just how things are done here. I’m from Salem and I have my business right here at home. It’s a humble setup, but it’s exactly what I need. The 636453 area is where I belong.
