We are located at No 14 Thillai Nagar, First Cross, right opposite the IIHT in Ponnamapet. Saravana Hospital Pvt. Ltd. has been part of the Salem community for a good while now. Our building is right in the middle of a busy area, so there is always some noise coming from the street outside. We have patients coming in from different parts of Tamil Nadu, but mostly it is just local folks from around the city. The hospital stays open and active around the clock, so there is always someone on duty here. We deal with a lot of different medical cases, and the days can get quite long for the nurses and the rest of the staff. It isn’t always a quiet or calm place to be; hospitals rarely are. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the people who come here are looked after. The hallway floors are always being mopped, and you can usually smell cleaning supplies everywhere. We don’t have a big corporate office; we just have our clinic rooms and the wards where the patients stay. We try to keep things as organized as possible, but when it gets very crowded, it can be a bit of a scramble. That is just the reality of running a hospital in a busy place like Salem. We are just real people working here, trying to do our best.
