We don't have any of those fancy modern lobbies you see in the big cities. It’s just a place for work. We start early every day to get everything cleaned and ready for the people coming in. The Trichy Main Road is a lifeline for Salem, and being situated here makes it convenient for people traveling into the city. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through and some live right around the corner in Gugai. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just open up, take care of the paperwork, and see to the people who come in. It’s a busy life, but we are used to the rhythm of the main road.
