N.S. Travels

We are right behind the Nataraja Theatre in Udayarpallyam. If you know Thammampatti, you know the spot. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been here at 18/46 for a while now. Most days start early, checking the tires and making sure the fuel tank is full before the sun gets too high. People around here usually call us when they need to get somewhere in Salem or further out. It isn't a big fancy office, just a place to coordinate our trips and talk to neighbors who need a ride. Sometimes the traffic near the theatre gets a bit much, but we manage. We handle the driving so people can just sit back and get their errands done. It’s mostly local folks we see. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just show up, pick people up, and try to be on time. The roads around Salem can be tricky if you don't know the shortcuts. Our drivers have been through these streets a thousand times. If someone needs a car for a day or just a quick trip to the station, they drop by. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening. We keep a logbook on the desk, answer the phone when it rings, and make sure the vehicles are running okay. That is pretty much how things go here at N.S. Travels every single day. We don’t worry about much else as long as the cars are out.
