We are located in Vijayaraj Towers, specifically units 4/1 and 4/2. It’s a multi-story building, so there is always some coming and going in the lobby and the stairs. Being a neuro foundation, the work is a bit more specific than a general clinic. We deal with a lot of nerve-related issues and brain health stuff. The rooms are set up with desks and some specialized diagnostic tools that look a bit intimidating to people who aren't used to them. It’s a unit of Sri Raghavendra Neuro Care, so there’s a larger network behind what we do, but on the ground here, it’s just us handling the day-to-day patient load. The lighting is that typical office fluorescent type, and the desks are usually piled with files and medical reports. We spend a lot of time explaining things to families who are worried about their relatives. It’s not always easy work, and it can be pretty quiet in the hallways while people wait for their results. The staff tries to stay organized, but with so many different cases coming in, the filing cabinets are always being opened and closed. There’s a small area where we keep our bags and have our lunch, away from the clinical zones. It’s a focused environment where we just try to get the diagnosis right and help people manage whatever they’re going through. The lift sometimes makes a weird noise, but it works fine for now. We just focus on the cases at hand.
