M/S Greenesol Power Systems (P) Ltd

We're tucked away on Perumal Street in Salem. It's a busy little area in Tamil Nadu, and we’ve been at number 7/2 for a good while now. M/S Greenesol Power Systems (P) Ltd is the name on the door, but to most of us, it’s just the place we go every morning. The street can get pretty crowded with traffic, so we usually hear the horns and the people outside while we’re working. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There are cables and papers all over the place some days. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks like a place where people actually work. We deal with power systems, so things can get a bit technical, but we talk about it in plain English. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in Salem. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right. We don't have those fancy slogans on the walls. We just have a whiteboard with a list of things to do. Some days the list gets longer, and some days we actually clear it. That's just how it goes for us. We like the honest work and the people we work with every day.
