Our place, Miller Hospital, is located at number 302 in Suramangalam. That is part of Salem, specifically the Alagapuram Katoor Fair Lands area. Being so close to the New Bus Stand means there are always people coming and going nearby. It is a busy part of town, no doubt about it. The building itself is simple and we try our best to keep things organized. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when several families show up at once. We have been in this part of Salem for quite a while now. It has started to feel like home to the staff. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local streets and the people well. We deal with all sorts of medical things throughout the day. It is not always a quiet environment here. You can hear the traffic noise from the main road through the windows. We do not have those big shiny signs or expensive lobby furniture you see in the fancy city hospitals. It is more of a practical place where people can get checked out without a lot of fuss.
