Being near the Mettur-Rs station means we get people coming in from the trains quite often looking for a way home. The office is in a local neighborhood called Periyar Nagar. It’s a busy little area with lots of houses and small shops. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically a small room with a fan and some old wooden chairs. We keep the vehicle documents in a metal cupboard and use a simple diary to write down the bookings. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but usually, it's just dry and dusty. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers and making sure they know the schedule for the day. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any big flashy advertisements or anything. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The morning routine is always the same—open the door, sweep the floor, and start the day. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running, but we are used to the rhythm of it. Thagamapuripattinam is a place where everyone is busy with their own things, and we just fit in right there. We don't have fancy tech, just a phone and our cars.
