Labassistant Ece Engg is based out in Nachipalayam, which is part of the V. Npalayam post office area. We are in the Idappadi taluk of Salem district. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s where we are. The office is associated with Karthikeyan K, son of P. Kulandivel. It’s a very local, family-rooted kind of place. We don't have any high-rise views or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s just a basic workspace in the heart of Tamilnadu. We spend our days dealing with the engineering side of things, specifically ECE work. The surroundings are mostly rural and quiet. We don't have a team of people writing fancy ads for us. We just rely on the work we do. Salem can get very hot, so we usually start early to beat the sun. The pace of life in Idappadi is a bit slower than the big hubs, and that suits the kind of detail-oriented work we do. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just take the assignments as they come and finish them. Nachipalayam is a small place, so we are easy to find once you get to the village. It’s a humble setup, but it’s got everything we need to keep moving forward. We just keep our tools ready and our minds on the job. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in our part of the world.
