Kj Nursing Home & Cancer Clinic

Our place is located at No. 5 Mariamman Koil Main Road, right near the Gugai Palam. If you know where the Mariamman Temple is, you basically know where we are. It’s a bit of a busy area with people coming for the temple and the bridge nearby. We run a nursing home and a cancer clinic here. It’s a serious kind of place because of what we handle, but we try to keep things grounded. The building isn’t brand new, but it works for what we need. People come here from all over Gugai and sometimes further out. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the temple activities, but inside we just focus on the patients. We’ve been at this spot for some time, so the locals are used to seeing us. The staff knows the routine well. It’s not a massive facility, just a local clinic trying to do its part. We deal with a lot of long-term cases, so you get to know the families after a while. Sometimes the waiting room gets full, and things feel a bit cramped, but we manage. Being near the Gugai Palam makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this exact neighborhood. It’s just a regular, working clinic where we do what’s necessary every day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have deliveries or a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the street and the temple bells.
