JSWIN NIDHI LIMITED is based out of T. Mangapatty, at house number 1/547. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a cousin. The office is really just a part of the daily life here in the village area. We deal with the nidhi activities, which basically means we help neighbors with their small savings and loans. It is very grassroots. We don't use fancy financial terms that confuse people. If someone has a question, we explain it in plain Tamil or English over a glass of water. Our desks are usually covered in folders and registers. It can get a bit dusty since we are near the road, but we try to keep it clean. Working in T. Mangapatty means we know the families around here. We aren't some distant corporation. When you call, you speak to one of us directly, not a machine. We handle the money carefully because we know how hard people work for it. Some days are slow, especially when it’s raining hard, and we just sit and catch up on the filing. Other days, the office is full of people talking. We don’t have a website with fancy graphics; we just have this office and our word.
