We are located at 3, Thillai Nagar, right on Shastri Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the area. Jothi Micro Cast Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a while. Shastri Road can get very noisy with all the vehicles, but once you’re inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines or people talking. We don't have a massive warehouse here, just our main setup. It’s a practical space. We keep our tools and papers where they need to be. Most days are spent checking on orders and making sure things are running okay. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Usually, we just stand around and talk about what needs to be fixed or sent out. It’s a local operation. The building is simple. We’ve got some plants outside but they don't always get enough water. People in Thillai Nagar know us. We’ve been part of this street for years. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a workshop vibe. We do our best to stay on top of things. It’s just honest work day in and day out. Sometimes it's stressful when deadlines approach, but we pull through. We’re just a small group of people working hard. There’s no secret to it, really. We just show up and do the casting work we know. The fans keep the place cool enough and we just deal with whatever the day brings.
