If you go to the second floor of 14/18 Kasi Viswanathan Street in Shevapet, you will find our office. We are Ikrit Construction & Developers Private Limited. Salem is where we started and where we still are today. The Shevapet area is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street below. We do not mind it much. Our office is not anything spectacular, just a functional space where we look at plans and talk to contractors. We spend a lot of time out on various sites, but this is our base in Salem-636002. It is where the phone rings and where we keep all the project files. Construction is a lot of work, and there are always problems to solve. We just take them one by one as they come up. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving. We are not some giant corporation with hundreds of offices across the country. We are just here on Kasi Viswanathan Street trying to build things right. Some people find the address a bit tucked away, but it works for us. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Everyone around here knows the name Ikrit. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. That is the long and short of it. It is a decent place to work with good people who care about the finished result.
