Gunasekaran Bone Setting Ayurveda & Sidha Clinic is located over at 46/599 Trichy Main Road. If you know the Gugai area in Salem, we are right near the petrol bunk. It is a very busy road with lots of trucks and buses passing by all the time. We focus on traditional ways of doing things, using Ayurveda and Sidha specifically for bone issues. People come from different parts of Salem because they prefer this kind of traditional treatment over other things. The clinic is simple, almost old-fashioned in a way. We have been here in Gugai for a long time. There is no air conditioning in the waiting area, just some ceiling fans, but it stays okay most days. We handle a lot of sprains and old injuries that do not seem to heal right. The smell of herbs is always around the place. Sometimes the line gets long, especially in the afternoons. We do not really use fancy computers for everything here, so a lot of the paperwork is still done by hand. It is a very local way of doing things. You will not find us in a mall or a big medical park. We are just here on the main road, easy to find if you look for the petrol pump. We stay busy because there is always someone who tripped or hurt their back. It is hard work but it is what we do.
