Our office is tucked away at 19/135-Manikavasagar Street in the Fair Lands area. If you find the Deivigam Kalyana Mandapam, we are just right behind it. It’s a quiet enough spot in Balaji Nagar, which helps when we need to focus on drawings or calculating costs. We’ve been working out of Salem for a good bit now, mostly helping folks figure out how to put their building plans together. The walls here are a bit bare, mostly just calendars and a few old photos of finished sites. We usually start the day with a quick tea and then dive into whatever project is on the table. It might be a small house layout or something a bit bigger, but the process is usually the same. We talk, we draw, and then we talk some more until the client is okay with the direction. We aren't big on flashy presentations. Usually, it's just us sitting around a wooden table showing you what can be done with the space you have. The neighborhood is familiar to us, and we like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is loud, but back here on Manikavasagar Street, it stays decent. We keep things straightforward because that’s how we like to work. No complicated jargon, just honest talk about what’s possible. If you walk past the mandapam, you’ll probably see our sign hanging near the gate.
