Full Moon Industrial Ceramics Private Limited is over at No. 14, Mudhali Thottam in Periya Semur. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it that way. We have been working out of this location for a good while now. The building is a simple structure that lets us focus on our industrial ceramics without distractions. Periya Semur is a place where people know each other, so we feel like part of the community here at Mudhali Thottam. Our work isn't the cleanest—there's usually some clay or ceramic dust on our clothes by the end of the shift. We aren't worried about looking perfect. What matters is that the products are made right and the orders go out on time. The space inside is mostly taken up by tools and materials, with just a small corner for the desk and phone. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the work and answering the door when someone knocks. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, but we just work through it. It's a very practical environment for what we do. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building over the years. We deal with industrial ceramics every single day, and being at No. 14 is just where we belong. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We don’t need much else besides our tools and a place to work.
