Fodtoj Impex is based out at No. 304/1 in Erumapalayam Village, right by the Udayapatty bypass road. It’s a bit of a dusty spot because of all the heavy trucks going back and forth on the main road, but it’s practical for what we do. We handle a lot of the logistical side of imports and exports. It’s not a big corporate setup. Our office is simple, with just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to never get smaller. We are a small crew here, and most of us have been around for a long time. We know the local area well and how things move around here. The village is mostly quiet except for that bypass road noise. We don't have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the daily tasks of checking shipments and talking to drivers. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we just turn the fans up and keep going. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve learned over the years that things don't always go according to plan, like when a truck gets a flat or the paperwork gets held up somewhere. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the state. We just want to stay steady and keep moving. We do our best with what we have.
