Fair Land Specialist Clinic

Our clinic, Fair Land Specialist Clinic, is at No 392 on the 1st Cross Street of New Fair Land Road. If you know where Rathana Vel Kalyana Mandapam is, we are just behind it. It’s a quieter street compared to the main roads nearby, which is nice for the patients. We deal with various specialist needs here. The building is a regular house that’s been turned into a clinic space. It has a bit of a homey feel because of that. We have different rooms for different consultations. The staff usually arrives early to sweep the front and get the folders ready. We see people of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow if too many cars are parked, but usually, it’s fine. Inside, we have some fans going to keep it cool. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people come here because their neighbor or a family member told them about us. We spend our time talking to patients and trying to figure out their health issues. It’s a straightforward process. No flashy lights or digital screens in the waiting room, just some chairs and a clock on the wall. We’ve been in this Fair Land area for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a decent place to work and help out the local community. It stays busy most days.
