Being an agro-based business, our days are usually dictated by the seasons. We aren't some distant company with a headquarters in a big city. We are right here on Pudupatti Road. We know the land and we know the people. The office is a bit cluttered with files and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple setup. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just want to get the work done right. Namagripet is a quiet town, and we like that it's not too crowded. Our workers are mostly from the nearby villages. We’ve all grown up around here. It feels like a small family. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just part of life here. We’re just regular folks running an agro business. We’ve been here at number 86 for a long time and we know every crack in the floor.
