Cs Hospital is situated right on Gandhi Road. It’s one of those streets that always seems to have something going on, whether it's a festival or just the usual daily commute with everyone trying to get to work. The hospital has been a part of the landscape here for quite some time now, so most people in the neighborhood are pretty familiar with the building. We have several floors, and while the stairs are a little bit steep, we do have a lift for those who aren't able to manage the climb. Our daily routine is pretty much what you’d expect at any local hospital. We have the nursing staff coming in for their morning shifts, and the reception desk is usually a bit cluttered with all the different forms and folders we have to keep track of. It’s a very practical place. We don’t have marble floors or expensive art hanging on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just plain white walls and that unmistakable smell of cleaning supplies and medicine. Sometimes the water pressure in the older pipes is a bit low, so we have to deal with that as it comes, but we manage. Most of the patients we see are from the nearby residential blocks, so we get to know a lot of familiar faces over the months. The doctors are usually quite busy with their rounds, so the staff handles most of the talking, I guess.
