C K R Hospital

Our hospital is situated on Rajaji Road in the Hastampatti area. A good landmark for finding us is the Ramesh Kalyana Mandapam, which is right across the street. The address is 130/56 A/1, and the building is quite easy to spot from the main road. Because we are opposite a popular marriage hall, the street gets very busy and loud whenever there’s a wedding or a big function happening. We can hear the drums and the music from inside the wards sometimes. The hospital building itself is a bit of a mix of old and new sections. We have some narrow hallways and some larger rooms where the beds are kept. It’s a very active place, with people coming in and out all the time. The floors are a simple grey tile and the walls are decorated with just the necessary medical posters and signs. We don't have a lot of modern amenities like you might find in a private clinic in the city, but we have the basics covered. The staff usually gathers in the small kitchen area for tea in the evenings. It’s often very hot in Hastampatti, so we rely on the ceiling fans to stay cool. We see a lot of familiar faces from around the neighborhood and the nearby villages. It’s a busy, unpretentious place that has been part of the local community for a long time. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
