Baharhiyar Kaivilangar Shg

We started Baharhiyar Kaivilangar Shg because we needed a way to get things done together in Thammampatti. It is not a big corporation or anything like that. We just meet up in the Thammampatti GP area and talk about what needs to happen next. Being in the Panchayat block means we are right in the middle of everything going on locally. We handle the small details that others might miss. Some days are long, especially when the heat is bad or the rain starts, but we keep showing up. Our group is made of people from right here in the district. We do not use big words or have meetings in fancy rooms. Usually, we just sit together and figure out the work. It is practical work. We do not try to be something we are not. People in Thammampatti know us by name. We just want to keep the group going so we can support each other. It is a simple setup. We deal with the day-to-day things. There is not much more to it than that. We are just local residents working as Baharhiyar Kaivilangar Shg, trying to make things work in our corner of the world. It is honest work and we do our best with what we have available to us here. We do not have any big slogans. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week and try to get them finished. It is how we have always done things around here and it seems to work out okay.
