Avr Ss Builders

We are Avr Ss Builders, and our office is at 29 Veerapandiar Nagar, on the 1St Cross. It is a quiet residential-style street, which is a nice break from the louder parts of the city. Our building is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of big tables covered in drawings and site photos. We spend our mornings checking on our various construction sites and our afternoons back here doing the math and making calls. It’s not a large operation, but we stay busy enough. The 1St Cross is a narrow road, so parking can be a bit of a challenge when we have visitors. We’ve been working in this area for a while and know the local suppliers and workers pretty well. There is no corporate mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes about upcoming deadlines. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about the best way to fix a problem on a job site. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use big words or fancy presentations to get our point across. We just show people what we can do and hope the work speaks for itself. It’s a simple life, focused on bricks, mortar, and making sure the clients are happy with the results. We try to be honest and direct with everyone we work with.
