Aravind Eye Hospital

So, this is Aravind Eye Hospital. We are located at No: 64 Sankagiri Main Road. If you are looking for the place, we are right opposite the kaliamman kovil in the Nethimedu area. It is a busy spot, mostly because of all the traffic that goes up and down the main road all day. People are always coming and going here. The temple across the street is a really good landmark for anyone who has not been to this part of town before. We spend most of our time here just dealing with eyes and talking to the people who walk through the door. The building itself is pretty simple, nothing too fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the street gets loud with all the buses and trucks passing by on Sankagiri Main Road, but you just get used to the noise after a while. We have been at this Nethimedu location for a bit now. Usually, things start quite early in the morning when the first group of folks shows up. We try to keep everything moving, but on the busy days, the seats get filled up pretty fast. It is just how it goes when you are situated on a big main road like this one. Most people just tell their drivers to go to the place across from the temple. It is easy to find once you get into Nethimedu. We just have the one sign out front. It is a practical setup at number 64.
