Annapoorana Medical College &Hospital Salem

This is our medical college and hospital located in Salem. We have been part of the community for a good while now. The place is pretty big because we have to have space for both the students learning to be doctors and the patients who need care. It is a busy environment every single day. You will see people in lab coats walking around and families waiting in the lobby areas. We are just a regular hospital trying to keep things organized. Salem is our home and most of the staff lives somewhere nearby in the city. We don't have any corporate offices or anything like that; everything happens right here on the grounds. The halls can be a bit noisy with all the activity, but that is just how it is when you run a school and a clinic together. We focus on the daily tasks like keeping the wards clean and getting the students to their rotations on time. It is straightforward work without any extra fluff. People come to us when they are sick or when they want to start a career in medicine. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just a place for healing and learning. We try to keep the atmosphere calm despite how many people are coming through the doors.
