Anand Associates

We have been working out of our office at 25, Ex-Service Man Colony for quite some time now. Most people around Reddiyur know where we are, right near the old housing area. It's a quiet spot, which is nice for getting things done without too much noise from the main roads. Anand Associates isn't a big fancy operation with a lobby or anything like that. It's just a few of us here making sure the paperwork gets handled and people get what they need. We usually start the day with some tea and go through the list of tasks. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it is pretty slow. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, we talk to them face to face. We don’t really do the whole online chat thing much. Dealing with the local crowd is what we know best. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years but we’ve stayed put. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate but most people find us okay. We keep our files organized, mostly, and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s just honest work. We like the area because it feels like home and the neighbors are good. Nothing too complicated goes on here. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families when the sun goes down. Most days are predictable, and that is fine by us.
