Anand & Associates

Anand & Associates is located in Salem, over at Plot 116-117 in Shankar Nagar. This part of Salem North is generally a bit more organized, and our office sits right there among other local businesses and houses. The building is a basic structure that we have been using for a while now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and several shelves full of files that have been growing over the years. We don't have a professional interior designer or anything like that; it’s just a place where we put things where they fit. The windows look out over the plot area, and we get a decent amount of sunlight in the mornings. Most days are spent looking at screens or writing things down in our registers. It can get pretty warm in Salem, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is. We are a small team and we know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. There is no formal dress code here, just people coming in to do their work and going home at the end of the day. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy signs. People usually find us because they know the Shankar Nagar area well. It’s a quiet, functional way to run an office, and it works for us. We just handle the tasks as they come in and try to stay organized.
