You can find us over at the Kumaran Complex on Narayanasamy Street. We are in the South Udyarpalayam area, specifically near the back of Anna Park and the BSNL Telephone Office. It’s a busy part of Salem. There are always people moving around the park or heading into the government offices nearby. Agencies & Travels is a small operation tucked into this complex. We don’t spend money on big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they are already in the area for something else. We handle various travel needs, mostly car rentals and local trips. The office is simple—just some files, a phone, and a place to sit. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our drivers over the phone to see who is where. It gets hectic when the telephone office is busy or when there’s an event at the park. We don't try to sound like a big company. We are just local people providing a service to other local people. Sometimes we have to explain the best route to someone or tell them how long it will actually take with the current traffic. We try to be honest about the timing. If the car is going to be ten minutes late, we say so. That’s how we operate here in Udayarpalayam. It’s just about getting the job done without any extra drama or polish. We keep a chair ready for anyone who wants to sit and talk about their travel plans.
