3M India Ltd,Bangalore

We are the 3M India Ltd office located out in Vellalagundam, Bangalore. It is a bit away from the main city buzz, which we actually prefer most of the time. We have been set up here in Karnataka for a while, and the 636111 area is where we spend our working hours. The office is pretty functional. We have our equipment, our storage areas, and our desks. It is a place built for work, not for showing off. We deal with a lot of different products and materials, so there is always something to move or organize. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We do not have a lot of big meetings or fancy presentations. Most of our communication happens while we are standing around a desk or grabbing a quick lunch. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes things get a bit messy, especially when we have a lot of shipments coming in or going out. We just take it one day at a time. The local area is quiet, which helps us stay focused on what we need to get done. We are not trying to be the flashiest company in Bangalore. We just want to make sure the work is done correctly and our records are straight. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us.
