Our address is Door No.4/19 in a place called Olakkachinnanooridappadi. It’s near Salem, and it’s where we run 2Mbz Private Limited. This isn't a high-rise office building. It’s a simple building in a local neighborhood. We have a few rooms set up with our equipment. The pace of life here is quite different from a big city. It’s quieter, and people know each other. We start our mornings with the sounds of the neighborhood waking up. There are no fancy elevators or glass walls here. We just have our workstations and a place to make some tea. We are a small group of people who just come here to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a corporate handbook. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. Salem has a lot of history, and we feel like we are a tiny part of its modern side. The street outside is usually calm, which helps us focus. Sometimes a neighbor will stop by to say hello. It feels very personal and local. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be a steady business right here in our own area. Most of us have lived around here our whole lives, so we feel at home in this office. It’s just how we like to do things. We usually finish our work by the time the evening prayers start.
