Down at A3/15 in the Margao Industrial Estate, that’s where you’ll find our main setup. Chemtech Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time. The industrial estate gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when all the machines are running nearby. Our place is tucked in among a lot of other workshops and factories, so there’s always the sound of trucks and loading going on. It’s not the quietest area, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with the technical side of things and making sure the production stays on track. The walls inside could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the orders to worry about that. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big delivery is due. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit cluttered during the middle of the week. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we all go. It’s a practical kind of life here in Margao. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy. We just show up at the estate, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Most people around here are doing the same thing. It’s a community of workers just trying to keep everything moving forward as best as we can.
