Mohar Organics

We are located in Village-Pandey, over in the Muktainagar area near Pande Mahal in Bhandara. It’s a quiet village setting, which suits what we do at Mohar Organics. We aren't a big industrial plant. It’s more of a farm-based setup where we handle organic stuff. We started out because we wanted to get back to more natural ways of doing things. The building we use is near the old Pande Mahal, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the village. We have a few people from the local area helping us out with the sorting and packing. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes we have to wait on the weather to get things done. We don’t use any fancy machinery if we can help it. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we don’t mind. We talk to the farmers nearby and get what we need from them. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phone and writing down orders. We keep things pretty basic. Some days we are just cleaning up the storage area or checking the quality of the latest batch. It’s slow work but it feels right. We like living and working in Bhandara. The sunsets here are quite nice after a long day of work in the fields and the shed. It’s a simple existence, and we wouldn’t trade it for a desk job in a big city or some corporate office.
