Our shop is located in Sainthia, Birbhum, and we have been around for a good while now. It is a small place where we handle mobile recharges and sell various phone accessories like covers and screen guards. Sometimes people come in because their phone isn't charging right or they need a new SIM card. We have a small counter and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait. The walls are covered with posters for different data plans. It gets quite busy in the evenings when the local market is full of people. We aren't some big tech company, just a local shop trying to help neighbors stay connected. Sometimes the internet is slow or a specific spare part takes a few days to arrive from the city, but we do what we can. We know most of our customers by their faces since they live nearby. Dealing with electronics can be a bit of a headache with all the new models coming out, but we try to keep up with the basics. It is a simple life here in Sainthia. We open up early and stay until the street lights come on. There is usually a bit of dust because of the traffic outside, but that is just part of being on a main road. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything, just us working every day to make a living and helping people with their gadgets.
