We are right by the Sainthia Bus Stand in the Birbhum district. Being near the bus stand means it's always noisy and there’s always people moving around outside. It’s a good spot though because everyone passes through here eventually. We do IT stuff and computer services. It’s a small operation. Most of the time, it’s just me and one other guy handling everything. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a simple one so people know where we are. We fix computers and help people with internet problems. In a place like Sainthia, you have to be practical. People don't want a long lecture on technology; they just want their stuff to work so they can get back to their day. We keep it simple. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we have a backup generator that’s a bit loud. Our office is a bit crowded with boxes of cables and old monitors, but we know where everything is. We don't do much advertising. People know us because we’ve been here for years. If you’re waiting for a bus and your phone or laptop is acting up, you can just walk over. We’re usually around most days, unless we’re out on a call at someone’s house or shop. It’s just regular work for regular people and we try to stay helpful.
