Manika Moulds Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. C 22 in the 1St Tax Free Industrial Estate. We are right across from Blue Bend Textile in Village Saily. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the middle of a big city, which we actually like. The air feels a bit different, and there is more space to move around. Our building is a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and plenty of room for our molding machines. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and then seeing how they come out of the machines. It’s a repetitive process, but you have to pay attention to the details. The floor is usually marked with yellow lines that have faded over time. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just the people on the floor and a couple of us in the small office area. We eat our lunch together near the main door where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a steady life here in the village. We’ve seen other factories come and go, but we’ve stayed put. Our focus is just on the daily output and making sure the machines are well-oiled. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we’re not. It is just basic manufacturing work for us. It keeps us going every single day.
