You can hear the trucks and cars going by if the windows are open. It’s a busy area, but that’s fine for us. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it suits what we do. Inside Sco 48, things are pretty straightforward. We have our workspace set up to be functional. It’s not a place for lounging around. We usually have a lot on our plates, so we just get stuck in as soon as we arrive. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need to explain much to each other. Bhagat Estate is a well-known landmark, so it makes it easy for people to find us without getting lost. We don’t use any fancy software to manage every little second of our day; we just use common sense and hard work. Some of the furniture is getting a bit old, but it’s sturdy and does the job. We don’t see any reason to change things just for the sake of looking modern. We prefer staying grounded and just dealing with the reality of the business as it comes each and every day.
