Shree Triveni Sales Agency is right in the middle of Chowk Bazar at No-L on C Road. If you know Sahib Ganj, you know how hectic the market gets. There are people everywhere, carts moving around, and a lot of noise. Our shop is a bit small, but we pack a lot into it. We handle a lot of sales and distribution from this spot. The floor is usually covered with boxes and invoices. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. C Road is always busy, so getting goods in and out is a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially in the afternoon heat. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of fans that we keep running all day long. We talk to the other shopkeepers around the bazar while we have our chai. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't use big words or have a mission statement on the wall. We just sell what people need and try to keep the books straight. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use flashlights to find things in the back. That’s just part of being in Sahib Ganj. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us by sight. The street noise is constant with people shouting and horns blaring. We get used to it. Our desks are old and scratched from years of use.
