S. M. Exporters

Our place, S. M. Exporters, is at number 26-a in Vrindavan Gardens. It is on the Aradhana Esi Road, which isn't as loud as the main markets. We like it here because it is a bit more peaceful. We have a small office where we manage all the export stuff. It’s basically just a room with some files and a computer. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is lined up for shipping. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking a weight or calling a driver. The road outside has some trees, which is nice when it gets really hot. We have been at this address for a while and the people around here know us. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small team working hard every day. Sometimes the rains make the road a bit muddy, but we still manage to get the work out on time. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure we don't forget anything. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too high. It’s a good routine we have built up over the years. We handle the daily tasks ourselves. If something breaks, we fix it. It’s just us doing our best with what we have. We don't have any big signs, just the address on the door. It is a quiet way to do business but it works for us and our customers.
