Our place is at No. 76-A in Panchsheel Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial hub. We operate as Holiday Today, which is part of the Cb Hospitality group. Most of what we do involves figuring out travel plans and places for people to stay. The office is tucked away, so you have to look for the number on the gate. It's a busy little office inside, though. There are usually papers everywhere and someone is always on the phone talking about hotel rooms or tour dates. We don't have a big fancy reception area. People usually just walk in and we find a chair for them to sit down. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with holidays means we hear a lot of stories about where people want to go and why. It’s interesting to see what different families are looking for. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a mistake or finding a different hotel. It’s just the nature of the hospitality business. We are a small team and we know each other's habits pretty well. We work hard, drink a lot of tea, and try to make sure we don't miss any details. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do here in Panchsheel Nagar day after day.
