Being located at 42/33 in Site IV of the Sahibabad Industrial Area means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. It is a dusty part of the world, and the roads aren't always in the best shape, but K R Equipments Pvt.Ltd. has been operating here for quite some time. The building is a typical industrial structure, designed for utility rather than looks. We have the workshop area where the heavy lifting happens and a small office space for the paperwork. It gets loud when the machines are running, and the smell of grease and metal is pretty much always there. Our team is used to the routine of the industrial estate. We start early before the sun gets too hot, though in the middle of summer, there isn't much escape from the heat inside the shed. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what our work is about. We focus on the equipment and making sure everything is built right. There are a lot of other businesses around us doing similar things, so there is always a sense of being part of a big, working machine. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby or just sitting in the shade for a few minutes. It is hard work, and the days can be long, but we just get on with it.
