K. R. Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Site - 4. It’s No. 42/33, which is deep inside the Industrial Area. You know how these places are, there are lots of trucks and noise all day long. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The building is mostly taken up by the workshop floor and some storage in the back for the heavier parts. It’s not a place for a quiet lunch, that’s for sure. We started small and just kept adding bits and pieces as we went along. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into the front corner where we keep the paperwork. Most of the time, the staff is out on the floor anyway. It’s dusty work and we all go home with grease on our hands most days. We don't really have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the gate. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to catch up on things. We handle various types of equipment, mostly fixing things or putting parts together for customers. It’s straightforward work. No one here wears a suit, it’s just jeans and work shirts. We get the job done and move on to the next one. It’s a decent living and we know the other business owners around Site - 4 pretty well.
