Dabur Research Foundation is over at number 22, Site Iv. It’s a straightforward address for a place where we do a lot of thinking and testing. We’ve been at Site Iv for a long time now. The building is practical and serves its purpose for the research we handle every day. It isn't a place with a lot of decorations. We mostly have equipment and desks scattered around. People here are usually busy with their own projects. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look important. We just get into the work at hand. Being at number 22 means we have our own space to focus. The area around Site Iv is mostly industrial or commercial, so it stays pretty busy during the work week. We like the quiet rhythm of the morning before everyone else gets started. Our team is a mix of different people all focused on the same research goals. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to act. We just treat each other like neighbors and colleagues. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing. That’s just part of life at Dabur Research Foundation. We’ve seen the foundation grow from this spot, and we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. It’s our home base and it works for us. The days go by fast when you are busy with experiments. We just keep our focus on what is in front of us each morning.
