Dabur India Limited

It's just a regular office here in Kaushambi where we handle things for Dabur India Limited. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at the pile of paperwork on the desk. We aren’t really into big speeches or fancy titles, we just come in and do what needs to be done. The building is okay, nothing too special, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. You’ll find a few of us have worked here for a long time, while some of the younger ones are still figuring out where we keep the extra pens. We deal with a lot of different products, so there is always something moving around the place. It can get a bit cluttered in the storage area when a new shipment arrives. We try to stay organized but life happens and things get messy. It’s a local spot where people know each other’s names. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people who walk in. If you have a question, we just try to answer it based on what we know. It feels more like a small community than some giant operation. We go home at the end of the day feeling like we put in a decent shift. That’s pretty much the whole story of our Kaushambi location.
