We operate from A-33/23 in Site 4, which is part of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there’s a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We handle properties and different projects. Our office is tucked away in the middle of all these big warehouses and manufacturing plants. It’s a practical location for us because we deal with a lot of industrial clients. The air around here always smells a bit like metal or exhaust, but you get used to it. We have a small team of people who handle the paperwork and the property visits. We aren't the type to put on a big show. We just show people the plots or the buildings and tell them the facts. Sahibabad is a busy place and getting around can be slow during shift changes at the factories. We’ve been in Site 4 for a good while now, so we know which roads get flooded when it rains and where to find the best tea stall nearby. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we look at maps and property papers. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our work and help you out. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us.
