Our place is located at House Number 202 in Ratanpur. That's over in the Barharwa area, which is part of Sahebganj. Even though the address sometimes says Ranchi for the mail, we are really rooted in the local neighborhood here in Ratanpur. We do construction work, mostly around these parts of Jharkhand. It's a family-run kind of thing that started right out of the house. We deal with the usual stuff like bricks, mortar, and getting crews together for different jobs. Dealing with the weather and the roads around Barharwa is just part of the daily routine for us. We aren't a big corporate office with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just where we manage the projects and keep the books. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is in the office talking at once or the phones are ringing. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the people and how things get done. Construction isn't always pretty, it's mostly dust and hard work, but we like seeing things actually get built from the ground up. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what's needed for the jobs we take on. People just stop by the house if they need to talk about a project or check on something. It keeps things simple and keeps our overhead low. We are just trying to do a decent job and stay busy. Sahebganj has its own way of doing things.
