Kripanidhi Construction Private Limited is tucked away on Sabji Mandi Road here in Barharwa. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with the vegetable sellers and the local traffic near the police station. Our office is right in the middle of that daily noise. We mostly handle building work around Sahibganj and the surrounding spots. It is not a very large operation, just a few of us working on various project sites. We spend a lot of time dealing with sand, bricks, and labor schedules. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place to keep the paperwork and meet people. It gets quite dusty during the dry months, and the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we keep things moving. We don't have any fancy talk or anything like that. We just look at the plans and try to get the walls up. Being near the market means there is always someone passing by or stopping in to ask about a small job. We started this because there was a need for more construction help in this part of town. Most of our day is spent outside checking on the progress of different structures. We use local materials when we can. It's a regular business run by regular people who grew up around here. We’ve been at this address for some time now and most locals know us by sight. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the growth here.
