JRBSS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Berhait Santali. Our office is actually located at Narayan Sah’s place, which is care of Ganpatiya Sah. It’s in the Sahebganj district. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have a massive corporate headquarters or any fancy signage. Just a simple room where we keep all the records and handle the daily business. The area around Berhait is very familiar to us because most of us grew up around here. We deal with whatever work comes our way during the day. It’s officially a private limited company, but to us, it feels more like a small family thing. We have our little routines and we try to stick to them as much as possible. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to file at the end of the month. We don’t use any fancy computer systems or anything high-tech. Just old-fashioned hard work and a bit of patience. Sahebganj is where we belong and where our roots are. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the last few years. Our spot is pretty easy to find if you are already in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs well and then head home at the end of the day. It’s a simple, honest life for us. We keep the office as tidy as we can, though it's hard when you're busy. It’s where everything happens for us and we like it that way.
