Down in Simri Bakhtiyarpur, you’ll find us at Yasir Rashid Garments Ltd. We’ve been set up here for a while, working on various types of garments. It’s a local operation, and we don't have those big city offices you see elsewhere. Our building is a simple place where the actual work happens every day. We have people from the local area coming in to work, and we all know each other pretty well. It’s not always easy keeping everything running smoothly, especially when the weather gets bad or supplies are late. We deal with a lot of different clothing items, mostly focusing on getting things put together right. The workspace is filled with the sound of sewing machines and people talking as they work. We don't go in for anything fancy or complicated. We just focus on the clothes and getting them ready for whoever needs them. Simri Bakhtiyarpur is a quiet enough place, which suits us just fine. We spend our mornings getting the machines ready and our afternoons packing up what we’ve finished. It’s a steady pace, nothing too fast or too slow. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the people who work with us. There’s always a pile of scrap fabric somewhere, and the tea kettle is usually on. We’re just a regular garment business doing our thing. The local roads can be bumpy, but we manage to get our shipments out eventually without much trouble or delay.
