R K Enterprises

Down here in Ram Nagar, right by the Gram Panchayat, you’ll find our little spot. We are pretty close to the Durga Mandir, so we hear the bells and the music quite often throughout the day. R K Enterprises is basically just a few of us working in this office space in Supaul. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly just keeping the books straight and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It’s a dusty road outside but inside we try to keep it decent. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they work for a full day of sitting. We don't really do the big marketing stuff because everyone around here already knows where we are. We've got a small storage area in the back that stays pretty packed with boxes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until the power comes back on. It’s a simple way of working. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street near the temple. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. It gets loud when there is a festival at the Mandir but we don't mind it much. We always keep a few extra umbrellas by the door for the rainy season too since it pours hard in Supaul.
